Characteristics of the goods
Each product purchased on joyelly.com is subject to all regulations regarding the sale of consumer goods.
Each item present in the eCommerce presents a data sheet with images, characteristics and materials used.
The price of the goods is immediately visible in the product sheet or following the selection of any attributes present (e.g. length, type, materials, etc.).
Payment options
We accept payments with PayPal or by wire transfer.
Processing times
The processing times to makes our items are about 24-48 hours.
(excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Italian holidays).
The processing days are calculated from the payment date of the order.
If a specific item requires a different processing time it’s wrotten on the description of the specific item.

We ship all over the world by tracked mail with signature for the delivery
The delivery costs are different from the country to the destination.

- by tracked mail: 5 – 7 buisiness days;
to United States
- by tracked mail: 2 – 3 weeks;
to other
- by tracked mail: 3 – 5 weeks;
Right of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal and return any item purchased (excluding earrings, for hygiene reasons and personalised items), specifying the reason why you wish to return the item by sending an e-mail to info.joyelly@gmail.com, writing your first and last name.
You will be responsible for all shipping costs and the item must be returned to the seller within 10 working days of delivery.
Returned products must be returned in their original condition, shipped properly packaged and via tracked mail.
Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
The refund will be paid within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the goods; shipping and return costs are not refunded.
The seller will not issue refunds if goods arrive damaged or tampered with.
Replacement of goods
In the event of a product mismatch, you have the right to repair or replace the product at no extra charge.
Products modified in any way are excluded from this legal guarantee. Malfunctions or defects caused by accidental events and use of the product not in accordance with its intended use are also excluded from the scope of the legal guarantee.
